About Adrian
Adrian is highly qualified, with over 20 years of experience, innovation, and expertise. He supports Interlink clients with tailored advice and strategies across safety, quality, systems, compliance, and all aspects of workplace risk management.
Beginning his career as an Exercise Physiologist, Adrian developed a strong foundation in Workers’ Compensation, rehabilitation, and injury management.
Before joining Interlink, Adrian held senior national roles including HSEQ Manager for a major labour hire organisation. In this role, he oversaw the health, safety, and wellbeing of office staff as well as more than 500 field personnel. He also served as Safety & Quality Manager for a specialist provider in the mining, rail, construction, and industrial sectors.
His passion lies in preventing injuries, safeguarding compliance, and empowering organisations to protect their people through stronger workplace safety.
