Penne started her career in the insurance industry during high school work experience.
Over the years, Penne has worked across a vast array of clients with her specialist industries including transport, mining, construction and more.
Since 2013, Penne has been focusing on the Transport Industry and has 6 years of experience as a Heavy Motor Underwriter, which provided her with underwriting expertise in conjunction with her broking knowledge, Penne ensures her clients receive the best service available.
Penne joined the Board of Directors for Transport Women Australia Limited in December 2021.
