About Shanaya
Shanaya joined Interlink Insurance Brokers in 2024 as a Claims Specialist and was soon promoted to Claims Manager, recognising her exceptional technical knowledge, client advocacy, and leadership within the claims division.
With over six years of experience in the insurance industry, Shanaya’s career began in 2018 as a Trainee Insurance Broker, during which she completed her Certificate III in General Insurance and discovered her passion for claims management. Her background also includes three years with a national loss adjusting company, where she specialised in heavy motor, machinery, plant, and equipment claims, gaining valuable insight into complex loss assessment and insurer negotiation.
Today, Shanaya leads Interlink’s claims team with a strong focus on delivering efficient, transparent, and outcome-driven support for clients, ensuring their interests are protected every step of the way.
